At Peony Weave, every saree is a one-of-a-kind handwoven creation sourced directly from artisan weaving families in India. We take great care in preparing each order so it reaches you beautifully and safely.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States and for some items, we do ship to Canada.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information will be sent separately.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Promotional free shipping offers may apply from time to time.

Packaging

Each saree is carefully folded and packaged to preserve its beauty and craftsmanship during transit.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at merodesignteam@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Peony Weave cannot be responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
